What I Wore Wednesday 6.15.22

 Happy Wednesday Friends! We're headed out on a little vacation tomorrow, so I won't be blogging here for a couple weeks but wanted to leave you with a few outfit ideas for what I wore Wednesday! Here we go!

First up, I love a sweet baby doll top! Mine is old from Altard State. This one here is similar. Or how cute is this white tee for only $24 from Wal-Mart?? I'm also loving these denim shorts I picked up at Loft a couple weeks ago. I've worn them several times and they are very comfy. They've been 30% off for a while now, so maybe you can still snag them with the discount! 

Ok, I picked up this Free People strawberry tee last summer and I have worn it a TON! It's cute with leggings or front tucked into shorts. It's also cute in spring and fall with a chunky sweater over it. It just makes me happy!

This Grand Canyon tee is another one I grabbed front Altard State last summer. I can't find it on their site now, but I love this Nashville one they have. Or if you're wanting a Grand Canyon one, this one by Free People is super cute. My shorts are old from American Eagle, but these here are similar. 


Next up is just a basic white tee and black denim shorts. My tee is from Old Navy and very similar to this one here. My shorts are Madewell and I've had them for years! 


The last outfit this week is brought to you by this adorable tie front tee from Gap! On sale for $12 right now and so many cute colors to choose from. Paired with some biker shorts and it was the perfect, easy, comfy, summer outfit. I think this tee would also be fab with the denim shorts I mentioned above. 


Ok that wraps up this edition of What I Wore Wednesday! I wanted to mention I've been wearing this lip gloss lately. It's the perfect summer shade. And I've been reaching for these easy little hoop earrings from Amazon almost every day too.

Friday Favorites {4.28.23}

Happy Friday Friends! I'm linking up with  Andrea  and  Erika  to share my FAVORITES on this last Friday in April! Where has the month gone???   Let's get started... 1. Next week we're headed on a little vacay to the Bahamas and I'm so excited to get away and relax, and enjoy some sunshine! Book Review--Summer Reading Ideas

 Happy Tuesday friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend and a good start to your short week! I thought I'd jump on here today and review some books that I've read recently. I mentioned these in my  Friday Favorites post  last week and that I'd do an actual review of them soon...so here we go! Four VERY different books, but all GREAT reads! #1  Not A Happy Family Ok, I REALLY loved this book! It's suspenseful, but not scary. It hooks you right from the beginning, as it really is a "who done it" type read. I truly had no idea how it would end until I got there. I have read a couple of Lapena's books, and this one really made me interested to read more. #2  Our Woman in Moscow This is the second Beatriz Williams book I've read and I really enjoyed it. I read  A Hundred Summers  last year and I really LOVED that one. I listened to that one on audiobook so maybe that was part of the reason I loved it so much, I don't really know. This hist...
